Cancellation Policy
To schedule an appointment, please note that a valid credit card must be kept on file. Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $75. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth appointment scheduling.
→ Kindred Society is fully compliant with PCI standards, ensuring the safety of your card information in our system. Once your card details are inputted, they are promptly encrypted within our secure environment. If you have reservations about storing your card information for booking, you have the option to secure your appointment with a deposit using a gift card instead. Your security and peace of mind are our top priorities at Kindred Society.
Online Scheduling
If you are uncertain about how to book an appointment online or unsure about the services you need, we recommend contacting the salon for assistance with scheduling. This will help prevent any scheduling mistakes and ensure a smoother experience for our valued clients.
If your stylist is unable to accommodate your preferred appointments, kindly refrain from altering your services to fit in. Any incorrectly scheduled appointments will not be honored. If you prefer to leave with wet hair, please contact us to confirm if the stylist can complete the color part of your service in the given timeframe.
Late Policy
Our stylists value their time with you. If you are 10-15 minutes late or later to an appointment it may result in rescheduling.
Redo Policy
In the event that your hair isn’t exactly what you wanted please contact us within 7 days. We must see your hair to determine if the dissatisfaction is an error on our part so we can move forward with getting your hair where we want it. If we determine that a client has changed their mind or that it was expressed that multiple steps and services would be needed to achieve the desired look we will encourage the client to continue on the recommended path to achieve the desired outcome or possibly suggest a path back to the original look.

Child Policy
For safety reasons, we advise children under 18 to be accompanied by an adult. We require children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. All service prices must be signed off by a parent or guardian before proceeding with service.
Right to Refuse
KINDRED SOCIETY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Promotional Text Messages
If you OPT OUT of promotional text messages from Kindred Society, you will no longer receive confirmation texts for your scheduled appointments. If you are OK with this, keep in mind you will be responsible for remembering your appointments. If you want to OPT BACK IN it is as simple as texting UNSTOP to 833-350-7406. We try to limit all promotional texting to 2-3 times a month and the purpose behind these texts are to keep you in the loop with discounts, updates, and events.
